Initial Questionnaire
Contact Houston Rent App to fill out our questionnaire to learn more about you and what you are looking for in a rental home and location.

Fill Out Application
Fill out the one-time application and sign a tenant agreement with the SIA Group at Keller Williams so that we can work for you, as our client.

Schedule an Appointment
A professional licensed rental agent will contact you to schedule appointments to see rental properties that suit your needs.

Tour Homes
Schedule a time to go on a home tour with one of our agents and find the one you like.

Submit Rental Agreement
Our agent will submit your rental package to the appropriate listing agents and will follow up/negotiate on your behalf.

Approval and Transfer
Once you are approved, we will coordinate all of the paperwork, as well as arrange the keys and transfer of money with the listing agents.
